We understand that occasionally a product may not meet your expectations or

If the product received is defective or damaged upon arrival, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund. Please provide photographic evidence of the issue along with your request.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn or
used. However, if the product is unused and in its original condition, we may consider offering a refund at our discretion.
